Some of our products, such as personalised letters from Mrs Arctic Santa, are created specifically according to the information provided by the customer.

If you provide information about another person, including a child, you confirm that you are authorised to provide that information for the purpose of creating the personalised product.

Personalised products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

If a personalised product contains an error caused by us, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We deliver to the destinations available at checkout.
